The document with best practices from the WINGS project has been developed by Pact and WINGS implementing partners. It is based on project implementation experience with considerations of the context of the full-scale invasion and the COVID-19 pandemic. These recommendations would be of benefit for civil society organizations, private sector, local governments, and other actors involved in designing and implementing programs and projects aimed at women’s economic empowerment, as well as programs for veterans and other vulnerable groups.
