The goal of USAID’s Community Action for HIV Control Project is to accelerate Ukraine’s effort to achieve epidemic control by 2030 through improved prevention, testing, and linkage to care among key and priority populations.

Community Action focuses on promoting flexibility of HIV package with differentiated service delivery (DSD) models, strengthening the capacity of community-based organizations, and introducing an enabling policy environment. Additionally, the Project is implementing a component to restore access to medical and psychosocial services in war-affected communities.
