The goal of the project is to enhance economic security of rural and vulnerable women. We believe that it will lead to more inclusive and shared economic prosperity in Ukraine. We work with rural and vulnerable women unlocking their self-confidence and equipping them with necessary knowledge and skills. 

We work with the environment to make it nurturing and promoting employability or entrepreneurship opportunities for women. 

WINGS (Women Included: Nurturing Growth and Security) project is implemented by Pact with the support of the Government of Canada. Implementation period: March 2020 - March 2025.
